3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been authorized and received.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund. Custom-size orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced (typically 24 hours after order placement).

5. Warranty

Our mattresses come with a standard manufacturer's warranty against physical defects (e.g., sagging, foam depression). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or changes in comfort preference.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ann Doctor Mattresses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
